Unlike ratings systems from Michelin, NYT, AAA, etc., my ratings are subjective and given relative to otherVancouverrestaurants at a similar price range or cuisine. While my overall food and travel experiences do inform the content, I try my best to keep my ratings and perspective grounded to what’s available in our city
Food flavor and quality would obviously be the most important, but this would be weighed against the price, taking into account other factors such as how well it’s packaged, service, presentation, etc.
